When will it arrive?
About 8-14 days after you order. You get a tracking link by email when it ships.
Where does it ship from?
From our supplier overseas, which is why it takes longer than two-day delivery.
Will it fit my car?
It is one size, about 86 to 94 in wide and 58 in tall, and suits most cars, crossovers and SUVs. On a small car it also reaches onto the roof and hood. Measure first if you drive a full-size truck or van. If it does not fit, we refund or replace it within 30 days.
Will it scratch my paint?
The cover is soft fabric. Put it on a clean, dry car, because grit trapped under any cover can mark paint. Lift it off, do not drag it.
How does it stay on?
The pockets slip over both side mirrors and the elastic straps hook to the wheel arches. It does not rely on magnets.
Will it blow off in the wind?
The mirror pockets and the hook straps hold it. In strong wind, use every strap.
Can someone take it?
It is held on by straps and mirror pockets, so it is not locked to the car. Most people use it on their own driveway or street overnight.
Does it freeze to the glass?
Put it on a dry windshield before the snow starts. After freezing rain it can stick: run the defroster for a few minutes and it lifts off.
What do I do with a wet, snowy cover?
Shake it out, then keep it in the trunk. Let it dry before you fold it away for storage.
Do I still need a snow brush?
For the roof, hood and rear window, yes. The cover clears the windshield, the wipers, the mirrors and part of the front side windows.
What if it arrives damaged, does not fit, or never arrives?
Email hello@peelnorth.com with your order number and a photo within 30 days. We send a replacement or refund you, and you do not need to send it back.
